CT与X线导向下经皮肺穿刺术的对比分析

Comparative Analysis Between CT-guided and X-ray-guided Percutaneous Transthoracic Lung Biopsy

目的:研究CT与X线导向下经皮肺穿刺活检术的实用价值。方法:收集我院近年开展的经皮肺穿刺活检资料,采用列表方式及图片对照,分析经皮肺穿刺活检术分别在CT、普通X线导向下操作的安全性及可靠性。结果:53例患者中,45例使用CT导向,8例使用普通X线导向。CT组的诊断符合率95.35%,普通X线组的诊断符合率83.33%,无一例气胸发生。结论:CT导向下经皮肺穿刺活检术较普通X线导向更安全,病人几乎无痛苦,能提高临床诊断符合率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of CT-guided and X-ray-guided percutaneous transthoracic lung biopsy.Methods:The cases underwent percutaneous transthoracic lung biopsy in recent years were collected,and the safety and reliability were analyzed through studing the chartingsand photos.Conclusions:Of 53 cases,45 cases by CT-guided and 8 cases by common X-ray,the diagnostic coincidence rate was above 95.35% and 83.33%,respectively.No pneumothorax had occurred from aspiration.Conclusions:CT-guided percutaneous intrathoracic lung biopsy was more safe than X-ray-guided biopsy and it could increase clinical diagnostic coincidence rate.
