摘要
MSF钻井液体系在沙漠腹地塔中401井应用取得了成功,解决了沙漠腹地300m左右流沙层的钻井难题及φ311mm井眼阻卡、φ215mm井眼井径扩大等问题。经现场应用,体现了该体系良好的携砂、抑制地层造浆、稳定井壁的能力。该体系配制简单,维护方便,经济成本低,具有推广应用前景。
MSF is a new inorganic mud additive developed by Jianghan Petroleum Institute . Field test of MSF mud in Tazhong -401 well is presented . It is shown that this drilling fluid possesses good suspending and inhibiting property , and can satisfy the demand of drilling operation .
