摘要
“挂职”是培养干部、锻炼干部的重要途径,挂职干部欲实现“受教育、长才干、作贡献”的目的,要做到到位而不能越位、勤奋而不能“勤论”、化解矛盾而不能陷入矛盾。
It is an important way to train and test a cadre that higher organizaion delegates a cadre to lower one and appoints a temporary post. If the cadre want to achieve the goal of being educated, promoted and , he should be able to cope with complicated relations, diligent and not involved in the trivials.
