摘要
为了减少源于腐蚀的钻具损失,用转轮试验法研究了钻井材质G105钢在钻井液中的腐蚀情况,评选出了一种防止钻井液中溶解氧对钻具腐蚀的缓蚀剂——K0—1缓蚀剂。这种缓蚀剂是以有机酯类化合物为主剂调配而成的,适用于盐水、淡水和聚合物钻井液。这种缓蚀剂加工简便,费用较低,适用范围广,有着广阔的应用前景。
The corrosion behavior of G105 steel was studied by roller mass loss method . Corrosion inhibitor KO-1 is selected to prevent drill stem from corrosion due to dissolved oxygen in drilling fluid . KO-1 is an organic ester compound . It can be used in fresh , salt water and polymer mud .
