摘要
聚合物泥浆的抑制性和流变性能,都是通过聚合物链团(或链束)与粘土颗粒形成吸附层的包被作用和成网作用来实现的。由于其内在的诸方面因素制约,存在着维持泥浆体系的胶体稳定性与有效地抑制粘土水化分散间的矛盾。为此,提出了采用两性离子聚合物处理剂及其体系的新构思,并开发了两种两性离子聚合物新型处理剂,以其特有的结构特点,使其在具有较强抑制性的同时,又能起到改善泥浆性能的双重效果。
The inhibitive and theological property of polymer mud is adjusted by controlling the adsorption of polymer on clay surface . A problem of normal polymer mud is the contradiction between inhibitive and rheological property . The said problem was eliminated by using amphoteric polymer . The main additives for amphoteric polymer mud are presented , and their function behavior is also given .
