摘要 目的探讨血小板计数、体积、压积及分布宽度在急性脑梗死患者中的变化。方法对369例急性脑梗死患者和126例健康人的PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT进行比较。结果急性脑梗死患者的MPV、PCT明显高于健康对照组,而PLT明显低于对照组,均有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论血小板在血栓形成中起重要作用,检测血小板的计数、压积及体积,对急性脑梗死的防治及预后判断有重要临床意义。 Objective To study the changes of platelet count (PLT)、mean platelet volume (MPV)、Platelet hematocrit (PCT)、Platelet distribution width (PDW) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods The parameters of blood platelet (PLT、MPV、PCT、PDW) were detected in 369 patients with acute cerebral infarction and compared with the control group (126 persons with good health).Results PLT and PCT in acute cerebral infarction were obviously higher than in control group、while PLT was lower than in control group.There were significant differences in all resulte (P<0.05).Conclusions Platelet plays a very important role in forming thrombosis. It is clinically significant to do PLT、PCT、MPV in prevention treatment and prognosis judgement of acute cerebral infarction.
