摘要 目的测定遵义产金桔与脐橙果皮中橙皮甙含量。方法用回流法提取两种柑橘果皮中橙皮甙,高效液相色谱法测定其含量。色谱柱为C18,流动相为乙腈0.4%磷酸溶液(20∶80),检测波长286nm,流速1ml/min。结果金桔果皮中橙皮甙含量为4.60%,脐橙果皮中橙皮甙含量5.25%。结论遵义产金桔与脐橙果皮中均含有橙皮甙,脐橙果皮中的含量较金桔果皮中高。 objective To determine the content of hesperidin in peels of Zunyi produced kumquat and navel orange.Methods The Reflux method is established for the extracthon of hesperidin of the two citruses,and the HPLC method is established for the determinathon of hesperidin of the two citruses.The separation is conducted on column C_ 18 with a mobile phase of acetonitril-phasphoril acid solution and detected at 286nm ,the mobile speed is 1ml/min.Results The content of hesperidin in peels of kumquat is 4.6%,the nauel orange is 5.25%.Conclusions Both the peels of kumquat and the peels of the navel orange produced in Zunyi contain the hesperiden,the content of peels of the kumquat is higher than the navel orange.
