摘要
本文通过对中国现行刑事诉讼法以及审判实践中对效率追求的分析,对合理调整现行制度和做法进行展望性探讨和探索性论证,提出了改革刑事诉讼效率机制的设想。
The thesis sets about the analysis of efficiency in the Chinese criminal procedural law and judicial practice. It makes a forecasting discussion and an exploring demonstration. As a result, the paper puts five reforming measures on criminal procedural efficiency.
