本文分析了我国城市传统发展战略中存在的弊端,指出城市要实现其自身创造财富的能力,形成城市建设资金投入产出的良性循环,就必须在经营理念上实现八大转变.
This paper analyzes the problems existed in the conventional city management strategy of our country. The author argues that, in order to promote city's wealth-creating capability and make better use of city construction fund, we must make eight changes in our city management strategy.
