摘要
本文通过对卡尔·马克思哲学与佩鲁的<新发展观>的比较研究,从七个方面漫谈了佩鲁的<新发展观>基本思想,并着重从哲学层面分析了佩鲁的以人的'自由个性'和'丰富潜能'为中心的'新发展观',最后提出了笔者十多年来所创意的以'人的自由全面发展'为轴心的'信息·生态·人道新文明观'.
This essay,through a contrastive study of Karl Marx's philosophy and Perru's″new conception of development″,discusses the import of Perru's new conception in seven aspects.It also discusses his conception--focus on man's ″rice personality″and ″fich potential″-from a philosophic level.Finally the essay preients a new conception of civilization conceived by the author in the course of a decade:″information,ecology,humanity″conception of civilization with″man's free,all-round development″as its core.
