摘要 赖氨酸羟化酶(lysyl hydroxylase,LH)是催化胶原蛋白和另外15种以上蛋白质中赖氨酸羟化的酶类,它在一些生理和病理过程中扮演着重要的角色。LH有多种同工酶,其活性需依赖一些辅基的存在,同时也受到一些物质的抑制。研究发现一些组织纤维化性疾病和遗传性疾病与LH有很大的关系。近年来,随着对该酶研究的深入,有望找到这些疾病治疗的新靶点。 Lysyl hydroxylase (LH) catalyzes the hydroxylation of lysine in collagens and more than 15 other proteins and it plays an important role in the physiological and pathological processes in the human beings. LH has a variety of isoenzymes, the functions of which depend on some cosubstrates and can be inhibited by some substances. Previous researches have shown that it is related with some fibrotic and inherited diseases and futher study of the enzyme may help us find new targets for the treatment of the diseases.
