摘要
双特异性抗体是含有2种特异性抗原结合位点的人工抗体,能在靶细胞和功能分子(细胞)之间架起桥梁,激发具有导向性的免疫反应,现已成为抗体工程领域的热点,在肿瘤的免疫治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。双特异性抗体可通过多种途径获得,随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展,出现了基因工程双特异性抗体的多种构建模式,并有多种用于肿瘤的临床诊断和治疗试验。
Bispecific antibody has become a hot spot in gene engineering research because it contains two specific antigen binding sites (ABS), is able to form a bridge between the target cells and the functional molecules (cells), and induces immune reactions. It has good prospect of being extensively used in the immunotherapy of tumors. With the fast development of the molecular biology, BsAb can be obtained by a variety of gene engineering construction techinques. Many of them have been put into clinical practice includina tumor diagnosis and trials of tumor treatment.
