Standardization of Hemorheological Examination Reports on Erythrocyte Aggregation Indices

研究血液流变学临床检测报告单中红细胞聚集性指标的规范化问题。对血沉法和粘度法定义的红细胞聚集性的各种指标进行对比分析,提出设计临床血液流变学指标检测报告单的原则和指标的设定应坚持唯一性原则,即一种流变性只设定一个指标。

This paper studies the standardization problem of clinical examination reports in hemorheology on erythrocyte aggregation indices. Based upon the definition of blood sedimentation and viscosity methods, we compared and analyzed different kinds of erythrocyte aggregation indices. The investigation results suggest that the index of the clinical blood rheology in examination reports should in principle be one and only: one index corresponds to one examination in rheology.
