复发性多软骨炎合并中枢神经系统损害(附一例报告及文献复习)

Central Nervous System Involvement in Relapsing Polychondritis (Case Report and Literature Review)

目的总结复发性多软骨炎(RP)合并中枢神经系统(CNS)损害的临床特征、诊断及治疗特点。方法报告1例RP合并CNS损害患者的临床资料,并通过文献复习进行分析。结果此例患者突出特征为无菌性脑膜脑炎、颅内压增高,经激素及免疫抑制剂治疗后好转,随访无复发。结论RP合并CNS受损者少见,早期确诊、给予激素及免疫抑制剂治疗是获得满意疗效的关键。

Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system (CNS) involvement in relapsing polychondritis (RP). Methods One case was reported and relevant literature was reviewed. Results We describe the patient with main characteristics of aseptic meningoencephalitis and increased intracranial pressure. The case recovered after the treatment of corticosteroid and immunosuppressive agent without reoccurrence. Conclusions CNS involvement is a rare condition in RP. Early diagnostic precision was determinant for a satisfactory outcome with corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agent treatment.
