γδT细胞在多发性硬化发病机制中的作用(综述) 被引量:2

摘要 许多研究显示多发性硬化(MS)白质病灶周围聚集着一类TCRγδ+的T细胞,它们与MS的发病机制有密切关系。此文就γδT细胞在白细胞跨血管内皮迁移、调节细胞因子和趋化因子分泌及对少突胶质细胞毒性溶解等几个MS发病相关环节方面的作用机制做一综述。
