摘要 目的评估速率散射比浊法测定C1INH和C4的临床应用价值。方法应用速率散射比浊法测定60份(HAE23例,正常人37例)血清样本,并与免疫单扩散法比较。结果HAE患者的C1INH和C4水平与正常对照组比较有统计学显著性差异(P<0.01),两种方法测定结果的相关性良好(P<0.01)。速率散射比浊法批内变异系数小于4.6%,批间变异系数小于4.9%。结论速率散射比浊法测定血清C1INH和C4含量结果可靠,操作简便,适合于临床应用。 Objective To evaluate rate nephelometry assay for measurement of C1INH and C4 concentration in serum.Methods Serum C1INH and C4 concentration in 60 samples (23 from hereditary angioedema (HAE) patients and 37 from healthy controls) were measured by rate nephelometry and single immunodiffusion assay simultaneously.Results A statistically significant difference (P<0.01) was found when the levels of C1INH and C4 in HAE patients were compared with the healthy controls.The results showed there were good correlations of C1INH and C4 values between the two methods (P<0.01).The inter-and intra-assay coefficients of variation (CVs) of rate nephelometry assay were lower than 4.6% and 4.9% respectively.Conclusion Rate nephelometry assay is reliable for determination of serum C1INH and C4 concentration and suitable for clinical application.
