摘要
目的:研制大蒜素壳聚糖微球并对处方工艺进行筛选。方法:采用乳化交联法制备大蒜素壳聚糖微球,正交设计安排实验,使用人工神经网络优化微球的制备工艺。结果:制得的微球形状圆整,分散良好,算术平均径16.4μm,包封率20.83%,载药量5.79%。结论:制备的大蒜素壳聚糖微球粒径大小适宜,带有正电荷,可满足肺靶向微球的要求。
Objective: To prepare lung-targeting dially trisulfide (DATS)-loaded chitosan microspheres and optimize the composition. Methods: Microspheres were prepared using an emulsifyication-coacervation technique. Orthogonal design of 6 factors and 5 levels was applied to arrange the test, and an artificial neural network was used to optimize the preparation procedure. Results: Microspheres were globular in appearance and dispersed well.The mean diameter was 16.4μm, the encapsulation efficiency was 20.83% and loading capacity was 5.79%. Conclusion: Diameter of the microspheres with positive charge can meet the demands of lung-targeting.
