参芪逍遥散治疗甲状腺腺瘤40例临床分析

Clinical Anaiysis on Thyroid Adenoma (40 cases) Treated by Shenqi Xiaoyao Powder

目的观察参芪逍遥散治疗甲状腺腺瘤的临床疗效。方法治疗组40例用参芪逍遥散治疗,对照组20例用甲状腺片治疗。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率55%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论参芪逍遥散治疗甲状腺腺瘤疗效确切,且优于甲状腺片。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Xiaoyao Powder in treating thyroid adenoma.Method:40 cases were treated with Shenqi Xiaoyao Powder as the study group while 20 cases were treated with thyroid tablet as the control group.Result:The total effective rate of the study group is 90% while that of the control group is 55%.There was great difference in two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Shenqi Xiaoyao Powder on thyroid adenoma is confirmed and it'better than that of thyroid tablet.
