急性白血病早期死亡相关因素分析

The analysis of factors inducing premature death in patients with acute leukemia

目的探讨急性白血病早期死因的相关因素。方法对65例早期死亡的病例进行回顾性总结及相关因素回归分析。结果并发出血、感染是早期死亡的主要原因,而且与就诊时外周白细胞、血小板、年龄、白血病类型、骨髓中幼稚细胞比例及是否合并脏器功能衰竭有关。结论针对上述高危因素采取有效的防治,是减少早期死亡的主要措施。

Objective To study the factors of premature death in patients with acute leukemia (AL). Methods Sixty five prematurely died patients with AL were studied retrospectively. And the regression was used to analyze the related factors. Results Brain bleeding and infections were the main causes of premature death. And it was related with peripheral WBC. BPC count at diagnosis, age, the style of AL, the rate of puerile cells in marrow and organ failure. Conclusion Taking effective preventions and treatments against these high risk factors should be the main measurement to decrease premature death.
