硅铵泥浆在沈67块的应用

The Application of Silica -Ammonium Mud in Shen -67 Area of Liaohe Oil Field

为解决辽河油田沈67块钻井中出现的复杂情况,研制出了硅铵泥浆体系,并进行了室内和现场试验。25口井的现场应用表明,硅铵泥浆具有高密度下控制粘切能力强、粘度低、抑制能力强、配伍性好、维护处理简单、成本低和无毒等优点;适用于稳定大段严重造浆的泥岩地层和要求高密度泥浆的井段。

Against drilling problems encountered in Shen -67 area, Liaohe oil field , silica-ammonium mud was adopted . Tests indicate that the rheology property of this mud in the condition of high density can be easily controlled , and this mud is suitable for mud making section and high density mud section .
