运用能耗制动原理设计与制作车床防撞装置

摘要 运用能耗制动原理,对J1C—6132车床进行电路改造,提出两种防撞装置设计方案,比较其优缺点,进行主要元器件参数选择,并对能耗制动在4kW电动机上的应用进行讨论,提出经验公式。 According to the principle of dynamic braking, two kinds of design schemes of anticollision device were proposed to improve J 1 C-6132 lathe-circuit. With the comparison of the two schemes, chief component's parameters were selected. In the end, a discussion on application of dynamic braking in 4 kW motor was made and an experiential formula was proposed.
