摘要
揭示了在细菌刺激下在肠道黏膜免疫中的作用。用圆小囊离体培养大肠杆菌O78金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏杆菌和巴氏杆菌作为刺激物,观察在细菌刺激后不同时间间隔下,圆小囊的黏膜部、黏膜下淋巴组织的圆顶部和滤泡部ecNOS含量的变化情况。结果:在四种细菌刺激下,圆小囊中ecNOS的表达量均有变化,但是在统计学上的差异并不明显(P>0.05)。可以提示,在对抗感染过程中,ecNOS的表达量和造成感染的细菌抗原物质本身的性质没有直接关系。但是,各个实验组之间非统计学上的细微差别还是存在的,这可能与圆小囊器官在处理不同抗原物质上还存在一些差异有关。即使同种细菌在整个实验区间内,圆小囊不同部位的ecNOS表达量也有一些差别。提示由于不同细菌表面的抗原表位的不同,可能对圆小囊产生了不同的分子水平的刺激形式,从而产生了多种多样的变化形式和趋势。
To explore the relationship between the ecNOS and the mucosal immunity, different bacteria were used to stimulate the scacculus rotundus of rabbit in vitro. The samples were taken at 4 h, 8 h,12 h and 24 h. The changes of ecNOS in the scacculus rotundus of rabbit were observered. It is resulted that the expressions of ecNOS were greatly changed in every group. But there was no significant difference between the experiment groups and the control group(P>0. 05). There were no relationship between the expression of ecNOS and the character of the different antigens.
