摘要
试验结果表明,甜菜单粒种采种母根主、侧花枝种子的块根产量、含糖率不同。单粒种根头周边芽所形成的花枝种子比根头中央部芽的花枝种子所产生的块根含糖率高0.79~2.45度,表现趋势较一致;但主、侧花枝种子的块根产量高低表现趋势不一致。为提高含糖率,此方法可在甜菜单粒型品系育种中应用。
The experimental results showed that the root yield and the sugar content of monogerm sugarbeet which produced from the seeds bred axial stem and branch stem from mother roots are different. The sugar content from seeds of side shoots was 0.79-2.45 °S higher than that of axial ones, and yet their change tendency was the same. However, the tendency of root yield of seeds from axial stem and branch stem was different. The way of localization could be used to improve sugar content in breeding of monogerm sugarbeet.
