摘要
调查了贵州省汉、苗、水、布依、彝和回等6个民族的EsD和GLOⅠ的酶型分布及基因频率。研究结果表明:汉、苗、水、布依、彝和回等民族EsD1基因频率依次为0.6298、0.6220、0.6105、0.6209、0.6509和0.6576。GLO1基因频率依次为0.1509、0.1548、0.1207、0.1452、0.1619和0.1484。根据表型频率分布分别计算了6个民族的EsD和GLOⅠ识别能力(DP值)和累积DP值。
The distributions and gene frequencies of EsD and GLO Ⅰof 1098 healthy donors in 6 races in GuiZhou of China were detected using gel electrophoresis. The results of 1098 testees showed that the gene frequencies of EsD1 inhan, Miao, Shui, Buyi, Yi, Hui, etc. were 0. 6298, 0.6220,0. 6105, 0. 6209, 0. 6506, 0. 6576. GLO Ⅰin Han,Miao,Shui,Buyi,Yi,Hui,etc. were 0.1509,0. 1548, 0. 1207. 0. 1452, 0. 1609, 0. 1484.
