人子宫内膜腺癌细胞系的RAPD标记

Detection of human endometrial adenocarcinoma cell line by random amphified polymorphic DNA

采用RAPD技术对人子宫内膜腺癌细胞系和正常子宫内膜组织的DNA进行比较分析，发现两者电泳谱带有明显差异，提示进一步应用该技术有可能建立人子宫内膜腺癌的分子遗传标记。

This paper reported the comparative analysis of DNA between human endometrial ade nocarcinoma cell line and normal endometrial tissue cells with random amphified polymorphic DNA technique. We found that both eletrophoresis patterns have sigulficant diffevence. The study indi cates that the method rnay be very useful to obtained a specific molecular geneticmarker of human endometrial adenocarcinoma.
