摘要
应用除草剂新农乐、高盖、骠马对蚕豆根尖细胞进行微核诱变试验,结果表明,随着3种除草剂浓度的增加诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核率增高;对其进行剂量和时间效应测定,结果表现良好的剂量和时间效应关系,显示了3种除草剂均具有一定程度的诱变活性。
micronucleus effects of three weedicides(Glyphosatc.Bensulfuron-methyl WP , Haloxyfop-R-methyl, Fenoxaprop-ethyl) are conducted using micronucleus test technique with cell of Vicia faba root tip. The result shows , as the increase of the density of three weedicides brings out the frequency of micronucleus of three weedicides groups being higher than that of control group. The effect is determined to carry on dosage and time to it, the result displays the good dosage and time effect relation.This may be indicated that three weedicides have potential of mutagenic activity.
