热处理对K403合金钎焊接头的γ′相和性能的影响

摘要 研究了焊后热处理对K403合金大间隙焊接头中γ′相与接头性能的影响,结果表明经扩散处理接头产生γ′相,呈圆形,其中母材的γ′相尺寸最大,过渡区、钎缝区依次减小;1200℃固溶处理后γ′相呈方形,但由于固溶处理接头析出高熔点化合物相,对接头性能不利;时效处理γ′相沉淀析出充分,形状呈方形,且时效处理有利于化合物相的扩散。 Effect of post brazing heat treatment on γ′ phase and property of the wide-gap brazed joints of K403 alloy was investigated. The results showed that there were γ′ phases in the joint after diffusion treatment, and they were round. The sizes of γ′ phases were larger in the base metal, and they became smaller from transition area to the brazing seam. After solid solution treatment at 1200℃, the γ′ phases became square, but it was infavorable to property of the joints because new compound appeared. After aging treatment, γ′ phases were square and deposited sufficiently, and it was favorable to compound diffusion.
