11例鼓膜修补术失败原因分析及防治措施

The analysis and prophyiactico-therapeutic measures of the failure cause in 11 patieats with the myringoplasty

本文对68例鼓膜修补术中的11例失败原因作了分析，并提出相应防治措施．11例鼓膜修补术失败的相关原因主要有手术技术不够熟练、未用显微镜行显微手术．并认为移植物选择也很重要．提出鼓膜修补术是属显微耳外科手术，要具备熟练的技术并在显微镜下操作，方能提高手术成功率．

This article analyzed the failure causes for 11 patients in 68 patients with myringoplasty and put forward the appropriate prophylactico-therapeutic measures. The most of the failure were caused by that someone had not enough skilled operation technique or operated microsurgery without microscope. In addition,the choice of the grafts is'very important. Because the myringoplasty is microsurgery so the skilled operation technique and microscope must be necessary for the rate of the success.
