摘要
通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法和系统方法,对湖北省参加2004年全国散打锦标赛的高水平运动员在赛前训练的部分生化指标进行了监测。结论表明:通过对赛前血色素、血尿素、血清肌酸激酶变化的观察,其能反映高水平运动员对赛前运动负荷的适应情况以及身体机能的状况。安静时血乳酸值对周训练后运动员机能水平变化的反映不灵敏,运动后血乳酸值可反映赛前训练对抗强度及运动员的无氧能力。
By using the methods of documentary,experimentation and mathematical statistics,the monitoring of partial pre-training biochemical index was given to the talented Sanshou athletes of Hubei Province who participated in the 2004 China National Sanshou Championship. The results showed that their adaptation to the training load before the match and the physical function could be reflected by the observation of the athletes' Hemoglobin(HB),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatine kinase(CK) changes in pregame situation. In the quiet situation,the blood lactate acid(BLA) index can not reflect the changing of the athletes' function level accurately after a training week. But after exercise,the blood lactate acid(BLA) index could reflect the pregame training intensity and the athletes' anaerobic ability.
