大孔树脂分离鱼腥草总黄酮的研究 被引量:15

摘要 研究了从鱼腥草中提取黄酮的生产工艺。将鱼腥草煎煮液经大孔树脂吸附,用75%乙醇洗脱,洗脱液浓缩后用乙醇溶解,沉淀去杂后减压浓缩,经真空干燥,得到黄色粉末,其黄酮含量45%以上。 To study the productive technology of extracting flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata Thunb. After boiled by water, the filtrate of the Houttuynia cordata Thunb were adsorbed by macroporous exchange resin, eluted by 75%ethanol, concentrating and dissolved with ethanol, then filtrating it to remove insoluble sediments, decompress and concentrate the solution to extract. Then dry in vacuum to obtain yellow powder. The total flavonoids contents were over 45%.
