摘要
食品包装学是食品专业的一门重要的专业选修课,然而,传统的教学方式不利于学生创新能力和综合素质的培养,为了适应激烈的社会竞争,将多媒体技术引入食品包装学的教学,以深化教学改革、拓宽学生知识,进行创新教育,提高学生各方面的综合素质。
Food packaging is an important elective course of Food Science and Engineering. But it is disadvantage to cultivate the innovation ability and integration makings of students with tradition teaching methods. For adapting severity society competition, multimedia is introduced in food packaging teaching to deepen teaching reform, widen students’ knowledge, innovate education and improve integration makings of students.
