四种癌基因在急性髓细胞性白血病中转录水平的分析

Analysis of transcript levels of four oncogenes in acute myelocytic leukemia

用滤膜原位杂交方法，对M2、M3、M5和M6四型共18例急性髓细胞性白血病外周血和／或骨髓细胞中c－myc、c—fos、c—sis和c－N－ras4种癌基因的转录水平进行分析．结果表明：①c-myc在M2、M3、M5和M64型井13例中表达．②6例M3中，3例同时检测到c－myC和c－N－ras表达。③7例M5中，检测到3例c-fos表达。

RNA transcript levels of the oncogenes c-myc、c-fos,c-sis and c－N－ras were measured with the filter in situ hybridization in bone marrow cell and/or peripheral leucocytes from 18 cases of patients with 4 cell types (M2 M3 M5 M6) of acute myelocytic leukenda. The results showed that ① c-myc RNA were expressed in 13 cases of all 4 cell types. ② The expression of c -myc and c-N-ras RNA was detected in 3 cases from 6 cases of Ms. ③ c-fos RNA was detected in 3 cases from 7 cases of Ms.
