青年人胃癌59例临床病理分析

Clinical and Pathologic Analysis of 59 Cases of Gastric Cancer in Young Patients

目的分析青年人胃癌的临床及病理特点。方法对59例青年人胃癌临床资料进行回顾分析。确诊主要是胃镜和上消化道钡餐造影检查,并经手术及病理证实。结果男25例,女34例(57.63%)。组织学表现以低分化腺癌34例(57.62%)和粘液腺癌11例(18.64%)多见。临床分期以Ⅲ、Ⅳ期占多数47例(79.66%)。结论青年人胃癌恶性程度高,早期诊断率低,误诊率高,预后差。提高对青年人胃癌的诊治水平,改善预后有重要的意义。

Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestations and pathologic characteristics of gastric cancer in young patients.Methods:59 cases of gastric cancer in young patients in our hospital from 1988 to 2003 were reviewed retrospectively.Results:In total 59 cases of young patients 34 cases were female (57.63%) . 34 cases were poorly differentiated(57.62%) and 11 cases were muco-cellar adenocarcinoma (18.64%). 79.62% of the total cases were in Ⅲ?Ⅳ stage. The major methods of definite diagnosis need endoscopic and X-ray examination and shadow making of baric meal in the upperalimentary canal as well as pathologic confirmation.Conclusions:Early diagnosis of gastric cancer in young patients is difficult and widespread invasion and poorer prognosis were most in common. The increasing awareness of gastric cancer in young people is very important for early diagnosis and better prognosis.
