转移性肝癌的诊断与治疗(附70例)

Diagnosis and treatment of metastastic tumor of the liver.

目的分析总结转移性肝癌的诊断与治疗效果。方法回顾分析1996～2003年70例转移性肝癌的临床资料。结果消化道肿瘤是转移性肝癌的主要来源;不足半数的病例术前能被确诊,行一期切除者仅34.1%;术后确诊者切除率为15.4%。结论转移性肝癌的早期诊断是提高生存率的关键,联合应用多种影像学方法是提高诊断率的有效手段,手术切除及选择性肝动脉栓塞化疗是治疗的较好选择。

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment effect of metastatic tumor of the liver.Methods The clinical data of 70 cases with metastatic tumor of the liver from 1996 to 2003 were retrospectively analyzed.Result The most metastatic tumor were form the digestive tract. Less than 50% were diagnosed before operation with only 34.1% of primary resection. The cases of diagnosed after operation and it's resection rate was 15.4%.Conclusion Early diagnosis of metastatic tumor of the liver was the key.Combined usage of diagnostic means were effective to raise diagnostic rate.Resection and selective embolic chemotherapy of hepatic artery were among therapentic modalities.[
