摘要
对比分析了HDH(Hydride-Dehydride)法和GA(Gas-Atomised)法生产的两种钛及钛合金粉末颗粒的形貌和粉末颗粒内部结构;主要概述了两种不同形貌的TC4粉末的输送性能、粉末利用率和激光快速成形件的表观质量及其内部气孔状况;分析了不规则钛及钛合金粉末在激光快速成形技术中应用的可能性。
This article Contrastively analyses the appearance and inner configuration of two type of titanium and titanium-alloy p owder produced by the methods of HDH( Hydride-Dehydride ) and GA( Gas-Atomised ) ; Mainly summarizes the characteridtics of the feeding、utilization efficiency of the two different appearance Ti-6Al-4V powder; also compares the surface qua lity and the air vent of the parts , and the possibility of replacing orbicular titanium and titanium-alloy powder by anomalous powder is discussed.
