摘要
矮败小麦是具有矮秆基因标记的显性核不育材料,显性雄性不育基因MS2与显性矮秆基因Rhtl0连锁十分紧密,其连锁交换值仅为0.18,而紧密连锁基因MS2和Rhtl0与着丝点间的遗传里离为31.17个交换单位.
Dwarf Male-sterile Wheat' is a dominant genie male sterile material hearing a dwarf marker. The genes Ms2 for male sterility and Rht10 for dominant dwarfness located on the short arm of chromo-some 4D are closely linked with a crossing-over value as small as 0. 18. The present paper further re-veals that a recombination percentage of Ms2 and Rht10 with the centromere is 31.17.
