摘要 介绍了高热剂燃烧销毁弹药的一般性原理,采用优化过的高热剂配方对普通钢板进行了烧蚀试验,考察了其在没有外力作功的条件下的热熔穿能力,然后进行了模拟弹药的燃烧销毁试验。试验结果表明:高热剂的直接熔蚀能力外加模拟弹药内部炸药燃烧产生的气体的膨胀作用,可以使10mm弹壳厚度以内的薄壁弹药得到燃烧销毁。 The basic theory of using thermite combustion to disposal ammunition was introduced in this paper. The ablation experiment of ordinary steel plate by optimized thermite combustion has been done, the melting ability of the thermite was measured with no additional power, and the disposal experiment of simulated ammunition has been done also. Test result showed that ammunition with less than 10mm thickness shell can be disposed by thermite combustion and gas expansion produced by explosive combustion of simulated ammunition.
