降低某特种弹用点火药摩擦感度的研究

Reducing the Friction Sensitivity of the Ignition Composition Used in Special Ammunition

为降低某型特种弹中抛撒点火药的摩擦感度,通过更换粘接剂、加入钝感剂及优选药剂粒度等措施,使药剂摩擦感度由90%降低至30%。试验结果表明,采用钝感剂对感度较高的主成分进行表面包覆,效果显著。

Aimed at reducing the friction sensitivity of the ignition composition which can be dispersed as igniting, the measures such as changing adhesive, adding passivator and selecting the granularity of powder were adopted. Test results showed that the friction sensitivity is reduced from 90% to 30%, and using the passivator to coating the main content with high sensitivity of the ignition powder can improve the friction sensitivity obviously.
