水稻再生苗对多效唑(MET)的吸收动态及其作用 被引量:2

摘要 本实验以继代培养多年的水稻再生绿芽为起始材料,通过MET单独使用和配合使用对再生绿芽生长及其体内MET吸收动态进行研究,结果指出:(1)MET与其他激素配合使用,不但能降低植株高度,促进根系发育,而且可以防止MET对绿芽的毒害作用;(2)单独使用MET,再生芽对MET的吸收高峰期与绿芽变褐受害期基本一致;(3)MET与BA、NAA等激素配合使用,则再生芽对MET的吸收高峰期比单独使用组推迟15天。每g鲜重再生绿芽中MET含量明显低于单独使用组,并能提高绿苗得率,有效地防止或减轻MET的毒害作用;(4)适宜的温度(25-30℃)条件,能发挥MET的培养效果,温度低于20℃会引起毒害作用。 The purpose of this paper is to study the absorption dynamics of MET and its effect on rice regenerated green shoots. Hu-18 regenerated green shoots (0.05 cm) subcultured for several years was used as experimental materials. The results indicated that:(l) MET combined with other hormones caused greatly reduce the height of the regenerated plantlets, promote the development of root system and avoid the damaging effect of MET on green shoots. (2) The absorption peak of MET of the regenerated green shoots and the time when damage appeared coincided with each other; (3) MET combined with other hormones could delay the absorption peak of MET by 15 days as compared with that of the control (MET only) and MET content per gram fresh weight of green shoots at the absorption peak stage was lower than that of the control; (4) MET combined with other hormones could increase the number of green plantlets and avoid the damaging effect of MET on them; (5) 25-30℃ favorable temperature condition for the culture of green shoots; temperature lower than 20 could cause MET damage to the green shoots.
