摘要
目的探讨高血压病不同证候与血管内皮细胞功能失调及自由基损伤关系。方法观察高血压病肝火亢盛、阴阳两虚、阴虚阳亢、痰湿壅盛证患者血中内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,计算SOD MDA值并与正常人对照。结果高血压病各证候组ET、NO、CGRP、SOD、MDA、SOD MDA与对照组间有显著差异,ET、MDA含量升高(P<0.01);NO、CGRP、SOD、SOD MDA降低(P<0.05~0.01)。这些指标在不同证候之间的改变不尽相同。结论高血压病患者自由基代谢失衡,血管内皮细胞分泌功能失常。证候与血管内皮细胞功能失调及自由基损伤的程度密切相关。认为ET、CGRP、SOD、MDA、SOD MDA的变化可作为EH辨证的客观指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between syndrome patterns and disfunction of vascular endothelial cells or free radical injury in essential hypertension. Methods: To observe the level of plasma endothelin(ET), calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) and serum nitric oxide(NO), super oxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA) in essential hypertension patients with hyperactivity of the liver-fire, deficiency of both yin and yang, deficiency of yin leads to hyperactivity of yang, excessive accumulation of phlegm-dampness, calculated the SOD/MDA and all indexes and compared with those of healthy persons. Results: The levels of these parameters showed significant difference in various groups. Compared with control group, the content of plasma ET and serum MDA was increased significantly (P<0.01), but the content of plasma CGRP and serum NO,SOD,SOD/MDA was decreased (P<0.05~0.01) in these groups. Conclusions: The results that the metabolc imbalanced of free radical and secretive dysfunction of vaso-endothelial cells in essential hypertension patients suggested that syndrome patterns is closely related to the metabolc imbalanced of free radical and secretive dysfunction of vaso-endothelial cells. It indicating that the variety of the ET、CGRP、SOD、MDA、SOD/MDA levels can be used as one of the objective indexes for essential hypertension syndrome patterns identification.
