摘要 介绍了以粘弹性表面活性剂为主剂的清洁型水基压裂液特点,清洁型水基压裂液包括季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂体系、甜菜碱型阳离子表面活性剂体系、非离子表面活性剂体系、阴离子和非离子及两性表面活性剂复合体系、疏水缔合物体系。简要介绍了各体系的主要配方、使用的主剂和辅助添加剂及各体系优缺点。清洁型水基压裂液在国内外油田现场应用均取得良好的施工效果,其用量约是聚合物压裂液用量的50%。 The characteristics of clear fracturing fluid based on water with viscoelastic surfactants as main additives were described. Fracturing fluids comprised quaternary - ammonium - containing cationic surfactant system, betaine - containing cationic surfactant system,nonionic surfactant system,and the complex system comprising anionic,non-ionic and zwitterionic surfactant. The main formulation, main additives and auxiliary additives , and merits and demerits of above mentioned systems were briefly introduced. The field application of clear fracturing fluids based on water on the domestic and overseas oilfields had good effects with the amount of such fracturing fluid only 50% of polymer fracturing fluid.
