摘要
介绍了原油性质变化对常减压装置运行的影响,重点叙述了LY-1油溶性缓蚀剂、YF-97中和缓蚀剂以及205A高温缓蚀剂的性能及应用。应用结果表明,LY-1油溶性缓蚀剂与常规水溶性缓蚀剂相比,初顶、常顶和减顶铁离子含量可分别降低57%,65%和55%;YF-97中和缓蚀剂的使用,可取代传统注缓蚀剂加注氨措施;205A高温缓蚀剂的注入,可使减二线、减三线铁离子含量平均降低率分别达72%和84%。
The effects of properties of crude oil on the operation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units were described . The properties and application of LY-1 oil soluble corrosion inhibitor, YF-97 neutralizing corrosion inhibitor and 205A high temperature corrosion inhibitor were introduced with emphasis. The result showed that the concentration of ferric ion in the units including primary tower, atmospheric tower and vacuum tower was obviously decreased by 57 % , 65 % and 55 % respectively with LY-1 oil soluble corrosion inhibitors instead of conventional water soluble ones. YF-97 neutralizing corrosion inhibitor could replace the conventional one with ammonia added. Injecting 205A high temperature corrosion inhibitor could also decrease the average concentration of ferric ion obvi-ously.
