摘要 选择合适的相转移催化剂对农药中间体1,1-双(氯苯基)-2,2-二氯乙烯合成工艺进行改进。结果表明,以聚乙二醇600为相转移催化剂,30%NaOH水溶液为碱解缚酸剂,在NaOH与1,1-双(氯苯基)-2,2,2-三氯乙烷(BTE)摩尔比1.25:1,催化剂用量占BTE总量1%,反应时间9h,反应温度105-115℃条件下,目的产物收率达99%,高于工艺改进前收率,反应时间明显缩短,并且催化剂成本也降低。 An improvement of synthesis of 1,1-bis(chlorophenyl)-2,2-dichloroethylene as a pesticide intermediate using suitable phase transfer catalyst was carried out. The result showed that the target product was obtained with the yield of 99 % under optimum conditions as follows: polyethylene glycol 600 as the phase transfer catalyst, 30 % NaOH solution as the acid binding agent, the molar ratio of NaOH to 1,1- bis (chlorophenyl) -2,2-dichloroethylene 1.25 :1, the amount of catalyst 1 % ( based on total mass of 1, 1 - bis ( chlorophenyl) -2,2-dichloroethylene),reaction time of 9 h,reaction temperature of 105-115 ℃.The reaction time was obviously shortened and the cost of catalyst was also decreased.
