摘要
考察了苯与多乙苯气相烷基转移反应制乙苯过程中反应温度、压力、苯与二乙苯质量比、空速等工艺参数对以ZSM-5沸石为活性组元的AB-97-T催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,当反应温度420-445℃,压力0.5-0.7MPa,空速25.0-35.0h-1,苯与二乙苯质量比(2.5-4.0):1条件下,AB-97-T沸石催化剂对二乙苯转化率大于55%,乙苯选择性大于99.0%。
The effects of operation conditions for vapor - phase transalkylation of benzene with polyalkylbenzene over AB - 97 - T catalyst on the catalytic properties were examined, which included reaction temperature, pressure, mass ratio of benzene to diethyl benzene, space velocity. The result showed that the conversion of diethyl benzene was over 55% ,the selectivity of ethylbenzene over 99.0% using AB - 97 - T catalyst under optimum reaction conditions as follows: the reaction temperature of 420-445 ℃, reaction pressure of 0.5-0.7 MPa, space velocity of 25.0-35.0 h-1,mass ratio of benzene to diethyl benzene (2.5-4.0):1.
