浙江林业现代化建设制度与组织保障研究

Study on Modernization Construction System and Organization Guarantee of Forestry in Zhejiang

建立比较完备的林业生态体系和比较发达的林业产业体系是浙江省林业现代化建设的主要内容，两大体系的建立需要一系列的制度和组织作保障。文章在论述影响林业现代化建设的主要制度与组织的基础上，分析了阻碍浙江林业现代化建设的制度和组织，提出了如何加强制度与组织建设以推动林业现代化建设目标的实现。

It is the main content of modernization of forestry of Zhejiang Province to set up more complete forestry ecosystem and more developed forestry industry's system, which need a series of systems and torganizations.On the basis of expounding the main systems and organizations that influence forestry's modernization, this paper analysed the systems and organizations which impede modernization of forestry of Zhejiang, and proposed how to strengthen building of the systems and organizations in order to promote forestry's modernization in Zhejiang Province.
