Forestry’s Contract

林业的本质就是人力资本同森林资源的契约。理解林业契约性对于协调人与人之间的关系，协调人与物的关系十分重要。宏观层面的林业契约要尊重自然，反哺于自然，在人类文明与自然演化相互作用中寻找一个最佳结合点；微观层面的林业契约要尊重人力资本的特殊性，产权清晰，激励有效，建立以市场为基础的林业组织形式。

The nature of forestry is the contract between human and forest resources. Understanding the Forestry's Contract is a significant thing for setting up relations of product which is suitable for productivity. In view of the macro-analysis, we should respect the nature, raise forest, finding a combine between human civilization and natural evolvement. In view of the micro-analysis, we should build forestry organization based on market economy respecting particularity of human resources, which need inspired thought and clear property right.
