摘要 从亚种与变种、生长与发育、栽培条件、产地和贮藏等方面对茴香精油含量和质量影响研究进展进行了综述,并就中国茴香生产中存在的问题及未来研究方向进行了讨论。 Studies on content and quality of fennel essential oil were reviewed under the following headings: 1) Subspecies and variation; 2) Growth and development; 3)Cultivation conditions;4)Original places;5)Storage and discussions on problems existing in essential oil production and research.
