不同脱敏方法治疗牙本质过敏症的比较研究

Study on different methods in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity

目的:比较激光、格鲁玛脱敏剂、氟化钠甘油治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效。方法:将195例患者302颗患牙随机分为3组,分别采用激光、格鲁玛脱敏剂、氟化钠甘油进行脱敏治疗并将各组疗效对比分析。结果:激光和格鲁玛脱敏剂即刻疗效明显优于氟化钠甘油,1年后激光疗效明显优于格鲁玛脱敏剂和氟化钠甘油。结论:激光和格鲁玛脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症均是目前较有效的方法,疗效明显优于氟化钠甘油,远期疗效以激光最佳。

Objective: To compare the effects of Nd:YAG laser, Gluma desensitizer and the sodium fluoride on the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity. Methods: 195 patients with 302 dentin hypersensitive teeth were divided into three groups randomlly. Group A were treated with Nd: YAG laser, group B with Gluma desensitizer and group C with sodium fluoride. The desensitizing effects of the three methods were compared. Results: The instant effects of Nd:YAG desensitizing laser and Gluma desensitizer were better than that of the sodium fluoride. One year later, the effect of Nd:YAG laser was better than those of the Gluma desensitizer and the sodium fluoride. Conclusion: Nd:YAG laser and Gluma desensitizer were moreveffective in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity than the sodium fluoride. The long-term effect of Nd:YAG laser is the best in the three methods.
