洗必泰氟化钠涂料治疗老年人早期根面龋的临床应用

Clinical application of the surfactants fluoride varnishes on preventing early root surface caries in senile patients

目的:观察表面活性剂洗必泰与氟化钠涂料防治老年人早期根面龋与单独使用氟化钠涂料防龋效果的比较。方法:选择临床60岁以上老年人早期根面龋患者98例共169颗患牙,分别应用洗必泰加氟化钠涂料(简称氟泰涂料)、氟化钠涂料涂布龋损区,3个月、6个月、12个月复查,比较其防龋效果。结果:3个月治疗效果,氟泰组与氟化钠组差异无显著性(P>0.05),6个月、12个月疗效,氟泰组明显优于NaF组。12个月治愈率,氟泰涂料组为83.75%,氟化钠组为51.85%,统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:氟泰涂料治疗早期根面龋操作简单,疗效肯定,抗龋效果时间长,是一种临床治疗早期根面龋的较好方法。

Objective: To observe the feasibility of preventing early root surface caries by using the surfactants-fluoride varnishes and the fluoride varnishes alone. Methods: Select 169 cavied tooth from 98 old patients aged over 60, compare the effects of caries prevention after 3 months, 6 months and 12 months by two methods. Results: The effect of experimen tal group was better than that of NaF group. Treatment success rate in the 12th in experimental group months and, NaF group was 83.75% and 51.85% respectively, showing significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: The effects of surfac tants-fluoride varnishes group in caries prevention is affirmative. With long-term effect, and its operation is simple, it is a good clinical therapy to prevent early root surface caries.
