论教师对儿童同伴关系影响的意义和策略

摘要 社会能力是个体在社会交往中表现出的行为能力和品质,是儿童发展的重要组成部分,在儿童发展中具有重要作用和意义,良好同伴关系的建立有助于儿童社会能力的发展。教师重视对儿童同伴关系的影响并采用多种引导策略,对儿童社会能力的发展具有重要的现实意义。
